In 2000, Our brought together a group of cemented carbide technical talents and established in Zhuzhou, Hunan, where tungsten carbide is booming. In 2009, Our introduced a complete tungsten carbide rods production and processing technology production line for the first time. 11 years of extrusion bar production and processing technology to lay the foundation, to meet the strength of the various needs of users, according to the needs of users to flexibly change the production model.
There are two forming methods in the production of cemented carbide rods
Extrusion is the best way to produce long rods. In the extrusion process, it can be cut to any length that the user wants. Of course, it must be any length within 350mm, which is the advantage of an Extruded round bar.
The disadvantage of round bar extrusion production is that the production cycle is long. Extrusion of small-diameter round bar less than 3 mm, cutting off two ends will waste a certain amount of material. The longer the length of cemented carbide small diameter round bar is, the worse the blank straightness is. Of course, straightness and roundness can be improved by cylindrical grinding in the later stage.
Molding is the best way to produce a short bar. As the name implies, it is the mold that presses the cemented carbide powder into shape. The advantages of this cemented carbide bar forming method are that it can be formed at one time and reduce waste products. The line cutting process is simplified and the dry material cycle of extrusion mode is saved. The above shortened time can save 7-10 days for customers.
Strictly speaking, isostatic pressing also belongs to molding. Isostatic pressing is the most ideal forming method for producing large and long cemented carbide round bars. Through the upper and lower piston seals, the pressure pump injects the liquid medium between the high-pressure cylinder and the pressure rubber and transmits the pressure through the pressure rubber to make the cemented carbide powder press molding.
With years of production experience, Our R & D department will have special methods in production mode according to customer demand and specific parameters of products. In 20 years of tungsten carbide production process, we have accumulated production experience and optimized production mode. At the same time, we are also constantly optimizing and improving our sales service system and network operation system, optimizing customers’ experience for inquiry, purchase, and after-sales service.
In addition, Our products are constantly enriched. From wire products to CNC cutting tools, to all kinds of non-standard carbide parts. As long as the customer needs, we will try our best to meet them. We are also in accordance with customer demand and market conditions, constantly optimize and increase our production line.
We produce what customers need. Any inquiry on tungsten carbide is welcome.
