  • How to adjust the feed plate components?
    • Answer: The feeding position can be adjusted by turning the star-shaped handle adjustment screw rod to drive the feeding backing plate assembly to move. Rotate clockwise, the feeder will move toward the column, and vice versa, move outwards (only those with pre-milling function can move, old models don't have this function). When the backing plate and the conveyor belt are not parallel, the adjustment screw under the assembly can be adjusted up and down, left and right.
  • How to adjust the feeding pressure roller?
    • Answer: The height of the pressure roller is adjusted according to the width, length, thickness and wear degree of the pressure roller by the pressure roller lifting adjustment rod and digital meter. Generally, the lower surface of the pressure roller should be about 3mm lower than the upper surface of the workpiece (you can Look through the digital meter). If the pressure is too loose, the workpiece will be easily displaced on the edge banding machine, which will affect the quality of the edge banding; if the pressure is too tight, the pressure wheel will be easily damaged, and the pressure beam and column will be deformed. Long-term use will cause the pressure beam and column to deform and affect the equipment. Accuracy; At the same time, it will also make the gearbox motor load heavier, causing tripping and stopping, and serious damage to the equipment.
  • Determine the amount of glue in the glue pot? How to adjust the amount of glue applied? How to adjust the glue pot in and out and its elasticity? What are the consequences when the in-out and resilience are not properly adjusted? Clean the glue back hole and the outside of the glue pot?
    • Answer: The glue in the glue pot must be kept below 1cm from the pot mouth, but not lower than the two reinforcing ribs in the pot. The amount of glue applied should be adjusted according to the size, width, and thickness of the workpiece by adjusting the handle. The in and out of the glue pot can be adjusted by the adjusting screw at the back of the glue pot. First loosen the lock nut, and then use the flat blade to rotate the adjusting screw clockwise, the glue pot will move backwards, otherwise, the glue pot will move forward and adjust well. Then tighten the nut. The elasticity of the glue pot can be adjusted by the nut of the lock spring at the back of the glue pot. Rotating clockwise will increase the elasticity, otherwise, the elasticity will decrease. If the glue pot is too far in front, it is easy for the workpiece to hit the pot and damage the workpiece and equipment; There is no glue at the front end or there is glue but the adhesion is not good; The glue pot is too far behind, and the entire workpiece is likely to have little glue or even no glue and poor adhesion. , Resulting in repair. If the elasticity is too large, it is easy to cause the phenomenon that the front end has glue but the bonding is not good, the back end is normal or the front end of the workpiece is chamfered, and sometimes the sealed workpiece has honeycomb holes. If the elasticity is too small, there is too little or no glue on the workpiece. The glue back hole should be kept unblocked at all times, otherwise the lower part of the workpiece will be very dirty and affect the quality. At the same time, the glue will also be attached to the conveyor belt and the travel switch, causing the travel switch to malfunction and damage the workpiece and edge machine cutter. If the exterior of the glue pot is too dirty, it will first affect the appearance. If the upper part of the glue pot is too dirty, and carbon deposits are formed due to long-term high temperature, the glue pot will not return when sealing the workpiece, which will affect the edge sealing quality.
